MAI builds and operates AI growth systems for DTC brands. Here is who is behind it, and how it got here.
MAI started from one discovery: a person with the right systems can carry the work of a team. I built those systems on my own business first, and only sold them once they were running.
Growth OS came out of doing the work for ecommerce brands. The same jobs kept going undone: campaigns planned the week they launched, creative stuck behind one designer, numbers that never agreed across Meta, GA4 and Shopify. So we stopped selling automations one at a time and started installing an operating system that owns all of it.
